It looks like the rear body post are mounted "in the anti body tuck style" in the teaser image - a great idea to lower the CG vs using super tall flexy posts required for the typical hatchback bodies. The wiring though in the prototype pics - there has got to be a better way!

it is cool to see and have an Awsomatix front wheel drive TC...I don't think there is enough weight behind front suspension of the car help to create more front tires grips... just maybe having the lipo mounting adjustment closer up front as turner thing... But as for black carpet car is might be fine ..

Well to start off with, this is a beautiful car. Ftw is pretty much a dead thing here except for the TCS mini's so it's nice to see amx bring something different out, I am curious to see how this car performs center off on asphalt though. I'm sure there is a ton of flex up front to help out as amx wouldn't skip such a important factor in my opinion.

Edit: knowing me and amx I'll buy one just to have it and would love to see the class come back, just want to see other brands make new ftw chassis too.

This is a video where we used one of our prototypes at a race in germany.
Our car is the Corsagrey/Blue car which start from P1.

We will see this class growing soon again. Getting more popular again in europe actually.
Reason is, its PURE FUN TO DRIVE. Everyone enjoy it so much because it handles basically very easy.

Really excited to get my hands on one of these! Any news on ETA, Max?

At current stage i can not tell any clear date. To early stage of production.
Don't want to be unserious and tell a date which could be delayed during any delay for production of any part.
So during 2019 is the most "correct" ETA i can tell :-) Sorry, hope you can understand.

Probably we will not offer a conversion. As you may noticed on the pictures already, we designed the rear end as easy as possible, means different parts than A800/X/Evo.

I'm sure they'll come up with a better way of hiding it.

In the teaser draft picture, seems like the placement of the battery has been moved to the side instead of having it in the middle.
